We do not accept any returns or exchanges due to sanitary reasons. Therefore, please ensure you double-check your nail measurements to ensure a perfect fit before placing your order! Refunds are only eligible before your order is shipped. Items that are deemed defective or damaged must be reported via email within 48 hours after you receive the package. We will do our best to resolve the issue!

If you have miss spelled or auto filled in a incorrect address, simply reply to your order conformation email and confirm. Once you double check if the address given is wrong kindly notify us via email at njmnails888@gmail.com. If the given address is wrong we can change the address to the correct one within 24 hours. No refund will be given after the 24 hours of incorrect submission.
